1990
  • At age 24, Executive Chairman, Mr Lim Lee Liat, started his first coffee shop venture
2003
  • Together with Mr Peh Oon Kee, Mr Lim grew the Group to 25 self-managed coffee shops
  • Opened  first Seafood “Zi Char” stall in Bukit Batok
2004
  • Opened first Mixed Vegetable Rice stall in Marsiling
2006
  • Acquired current corporate headquarters to house Central Kitchen and Central Support Office
2008
  • Acquired a chain of Dim Sum stalls and commenced operations at these stalls
2011
  • First foray into air-conditioned food court under the “foodclique” brand at Ngee Ann Polytechnic
  • Achieved milestone of 50 food outlets
2012
  • Opened the largest food court at University Town (NUS)
  • Achieved milestone of 100 self-managed food stalls
2015
  • Started to operate Rice Garden stalls in Ang Mo Kio and Serangoon North
2016
  • Opened a ‘local favourites’ themed food court at Hotel Boss, a hotel with approximately 1500 rooms
2017
  • Managed a total of 64 food outlets and 121 self-managed food stalls
  • Listed on the Catalist Board of SGX-ST
