Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1. Kimly Seafood CNY 2026 Lucky Draw and Scratch & Win (“game”) is organised by Kimly Seafood, (the “Organiser”), subsidiary of Kimly Limited (the “Company”).
2. You agree that your participation in the Kimly Seafood Lucky Draw & Scratch & Win (“game”) constitutes your agreement to these Terms and conditions.
3. The game will be available during the period from 16 January 2026 to 3 March 2026 (“game period”).

Scratch & Win Game

3. Kimly Seafood customers are entitled to Scratch & Win cards for each of the following criteria met:
4. One (1) Scratch & Win card will be issued per $45 spent at Kimly Seafood outlets, for dine-in & takeaway orders only, per transaction. No combination of receipts allowed.
5. To claim the consolation prizes, customers must bring along the original Scratch & Win card to the any Kimly Seafood outlet for redemption during the game period.
6. Consolation Prizes are available on a while stocks last basis.
7. Kimly Seafood vouchers are subject to their respective terms, conditions, and expiry.

Lucky Draw

8. Each original Scratch & Win Card issued during the game period will automatically be eligible for one (1) Lucky Draw Chance.
9. The Grand Draw will be conducted on the 4 March 2026 by 2359 hrs
10. Kimly Seafood customers that retain their Scratch & Win Card(s) during the game period will be eligible for the lucky draw and selected through a randomized draw on 4 March 2026, 2:30pm (“draw date”), to win a maximum of one (1) of five (5) Grand Prizes of  S$5,688 (“1st Grand Prize”) or, (“2nd Prize”) $3,688, one (“3rd Prize”) $1,688 , (“4th Prize”) $688, (“5th Prize”) $388.
11. Kimly Seafood’s customers will be eligible to receive the grand prizes (1st to 5th Grand Prize) once throughout the Lucky Draw game.
12. Grand Prize winners will be announced on the official website and social media pages on 4 March 2026, identified by Scratch & Win card serial numbers.

Winners & Notification

13. Winners of the Grand Prizes should come forward to redeem their prizes by way of notice via informing our staff at Kimly Seafood, through our official social media channels or email to marcomm@kimlygroup.sg by 14 April 2026 following the completion of the grand draw.
14. Redemption of Grand Prizes will be held at the sole discretion of Kimly Seafood and Kimly Limited.
15. By accepting the prize, the winner agree to participate in all reasonable media publicity as instructed by Kimly Seafood and Kimly Limited, “the Company” relating to the Prize prior to and after the collection of the Prize.
16. By participating in the Draw, participants hereby agree to the publishing of their name and partial IC number on all Kimly Seafood marketing and communications platforms (which include but are not limited to sg/ksfcny26, and the Company’s official social media channels) upon receiving the grand prize.
17. By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Kimly Seafood or the Company from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action or losses, with respect to or arising out of or related to the prize.
18. Any unclaimed prize(s) within 41 days of draw completion date (4 March 2026) will be forfeited without liability on Kimly Seafood. The last day of collection is 14 April 2026 and the Management reserves the right to determine the distribution of the prize(s) at their discretion.

General Terms

19. Entry is open to Singaporean citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and above at the date of entry into the Lucky Draw. Direct committee members of Kimly Seafood associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
20. Kimly Limited reserves the right to ban a member from participating in the game if fraudulent activities are detected
21. Consolation Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
22. Kimly Limited reserves the right to change and vary the gift at any time, and may substitute any prizes for an alternative prize of similar value without prior notice. The value of the prize will be solely determined by the Company.
23. Kimly Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions including the right to cancel the “Scratch & Win and Lucky Draw” in such manner as they deem fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such participant or winner. If there are found to be any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions or any promotional materials relating to the game, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
24. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in
25. accordance with Kimly’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which may be obtained Kimly’s office; or

27. By continuing to participate in this lucky draw, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Kimly’s conditions of use of website and Kimly’s Privacy Policy.
28. These Terms and Conditions and the Lucky Draw shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
29. Entry to the Lucky Draw is personal to the entrant. No other person has the right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of this Lucky Draw through an entrant’s entry.
