金味海鲜2026母亲节特别活动

接受条款与条件

1. 金味海鲜母亲节2026活动（“活动”）由金味海鲜公司主办，金味海鲜是金味集团（“公司”）的子公司。
2. 通过参与金味海鲜母亲节活动，您同意参与即视为您同意这些条款与条件。
3. 本活动的时间为2026年4月17日至2026年5月17日（“活动期间”）。

资格

4. 凡于活动期间在任何金味海鲜分行进行堂食、外带或线上外送消费的顾客，皆可参与本活动。

参与方式

5. 在2026年4月17日至2025年5月17日活动期间，和您的妈妈一起享用金味海鲜。
6. 写下一段您和妈妈的故事或给妈妈的温馨留言，并拍下您写好的故事、您与妈妈的合照，以及消费收据。
7. 将上述图片上传至指定网站 kimlygroup.sg/mothersday26
8. 加分环节：发布您与妈妈一起享受金味海鲜的照片至社交媒体，标记我们Facebook @KimlyCoffeeshop 或Instagram @KimlyCoffeeshop.sg，并加上标签 #MumLovesKimlyZiChar。

图片与凭证上传指南

9. 所有上传的故事信件、与母亲的合照及消费收据，其图片须清晰、内容可辨且良好画质。
10. 请确保收据上的文字清晰可读，以避免失去参与资格。
11. 对于图片提交过程中出现的任何技术问题或错误，金味海鲜概不负责。

 奖品

12. 五位(5)获奖者将分别获得基于所上传消费收据金额的现金返利，以及 $88金味代金券。
13. 现金返利金额将依据所上传消费收据的总金额进行计算。

获奖者与通知

14. 获奖者将依据其所提交故事的温馨与感人程度、照片质量，以及是否符合活动规则进行评选。
15. 金味海鲜管理层保留最终决定获奖者的权利。
16. 参与本活动即表示参赛者同意金味海鲜有权将其提交的故事与照片用于社交媒体发布及相关宣传资料中。
17. 获奖名单将于2026年5月28日公布于金味海鲜官方社交媒体平台（Facebook @KimlyCoffeeshop，Instagram @KimlyCoffeeshop.sg）。
18. 获奖者亦将通过其提交时所提供的联系方式接获通知。

一般条款

19. 所有奖品不可转让，亦不可兑换为现金或其他任何形式的信用。
20. 每张消费收据仅限提交一(1)份参赛作品，恕不接受合并多张收据。若参与者一次上传多张消费收据，最终仅以金额最高的一张为准。
21. 若发现重复提交相同收据，参赛资格将被取消。
22. 参与本活动即表示您同意金味海鲜在本次活动中使用您提交的照片、故事及姓名，用于包括社交媒体及其他宣传资料在内的市场推广用途。
23. 金味集团有权取消任何提交虚假资料或未遵守活动规则之参赛者的资格。
24. 金味集团保留在不事先通知的情况下，修改、延长或取消本活动的权利。
25. 金味集团保留随时更改奖品内容的权利。如有需要，公司有权以等值的其他奖品替代原奖品，恕不另行通知。奖品价值将由金味集团全权决定。
26. 所有参赛者个人资料的收集、使用及披露将严格遵守金味海鲜的隐私政策。隐私政策副本可通过金味集团官网或前往办公室索取：https://kimlygroup.sg/privacy-policy/
27. 参与本次母亲节活动，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意遵守本活动的条款与条件、《金味海鲜网站使用条款》以及《金味海鲜隐私政策》。
28. 本活动及相关条款受新加坡共和国法律的管辖与解释。
29. 本活动的参赛资格仅限参赛者本人。根据《合同（第三方权利）法令》（第53B章），其他任何人均无权基于参赛者的参赛行为或其提交作品主张或享有本活动中的任何权益。

金味海鲜母亲节套餐条款与细则:

早鸟优惠:

1. 凡于2026年4月30日前预订，且预订堂食/外带日期在4月17日至5月17日之间，皆可享有早鸟优惠价格。
2. 2026年5月1日起，所有现场点单或新预订将一律按原价计算，不论实际用餐或自取日期为何。
3. 预订仅在顾客于指定门店成功支付订金后方视为确认。
4. 订单内容（如日期、时间或套餐选择）的更改须视各门店实际供应情况而定。
5. 订单一经确认，恕不接受取消或退款。
6. 所有图片仅供参考。
7. 本公司保留随时更改条款与细则的权利，恕不另行通知。

Kimly Seafood Mother’s Day 2026 Event
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

1. Kimly Seafood Mother’s Day 2026 Event (“event”) is organised by Kimly Seafood, a subsidiary of Kimly Limited (the “Company”).
2. By participating in the Kimly Seafood Mother’s Day Event, you agree that your participation constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
3. The event will be available during the period from 17 April 2026 to 17 May 2026 (“event period”).

Eligibility

4. This event is open to all customers who make a Dine-in, Takeaway, or Delivery purchase at any Kimly Seafood outlet during the event period.

5. Enjoy Kimly Seafood with your mom during the event period from 17 April 2026 to 17 May 2026.
6. Write a heartfelt story or message for your mom. Take a clear photo of your story letter, a photo with your mom, and your purchase receipt.
7. Upload the photo(s) to kimlygroup.sg/mothersday26.
8. Bonus Entry: Post a photo of you and your mom together with Kimly Seafood dishes on your Facebook or Instagram. Tag us on Facebook @KimlyCoffeeshop or Instagram @KimlyCoffeeshop.sg and use the hashtag #MumLovesKimlyZiChar.

Image and Receipt Upload Guidelines

9. All submitted photos of the story letter, with your mom, and the receipt must be clear, readable, and of good quality.
10. Ensure that the text on the receipt is visible and legible to avoid disqualification.
11. Kimly’s is not responsible for any technical issues or errors in submitting the images.

12. Five (5) winners will each receive a Cash Rebate based on the uploaded receipt and a $88 Kimly Group Voucher.
13. The cash rebate amount will be based on the total value of the uploaded receipt.

14. Winners will be selected based on the warmth and heartfelt nature of their story, the quality of their photo, and their adherence to the event rules.
15. Kimly’s management reserves the right to determine the winners at its sole discretion.
16. By participating, all entrants agree that Kimly Seafood may post their story and image on our social media platforms and marketing materials.
17. The winners will be announced on 28 May 2026 on Kimly’s official social media platforms (Facebook @KimlyCoffeeshop, Instagram @KimlyCoffeeshop.sg).
18. Winners will also be notified via the contact details provided during submission.

General Terms

19. Prizes from the event are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
20. One (1) entry accepted per transaction receipt. No combination of multiple receipts per entry. If a participant uploads multiple receipts at once, the receipt with the highest value will be considered.
21. ⁠If the same receipt is submitted for multiple entries, the participant will be disqualified.
22. By participating in this event, you consent to Kimly using your photos, stories, and name for marketing purposes for this campaign, including social media and promotional materials.
23. Kimly Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits fraudulent entries or fails to comply with the event instructions.
24. Kimly Limited reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this event at any time without prior notice.
25. Kimly Limited reserves the right to change and vary the prizes at any time and may substitute any prizes for an alternative prize of similar value without prior notice. The value of the prize will be solely determined by the Company.
26. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Kimly’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which may be obtained Kimly’s office; or from https://kimlygroup.sg/privacy-policy/
27. By continuing to participate in this Mother’s Day Event, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Kimly’s conditions of use of website and Kimly’s Privacy Policy.
28. These Terms and Conditions and the Mother’s Day Event shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
29. Entry to this event is personal to the entrant. No other person has the right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of this event through an entrant’s entry.

Terms & Conditions:

Early Bird Special:

1. Customers who pre-book by 30 April 2026, for dine-in or self-pickup between 17 April to 17 May 2026, are entitled to the Early Bird Special Price.
2. The standard Selling Price applies to all new walk-ins orders or reservations made from 1 May 2026 onwards, regardless of the selected dining or self-pickup date.
3. Pre-booking is considered confirmed only upon successful placement of a deposit at participating outlets.
4. Changes to order details (such as date, time, or set selection) are subject to outlet availability.
5. Cancellations or refunds are not permitted once the order is confirmed.
6. Images shown are for illustration purposes only.
7. The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
