• A maximum of 5 coupons per transaction applies at all outlets.
• Applies to hot and cold drinks only.
Redemption Guidelines
• Coupons can be redeemed immediately at participating food stalls within the same outlet only.
• Coupons are stackable and can be used together in a single food transaction.
• No minimum spend is required for redemption.
• Coupons are not valid for drinks or non-participating stalls.
Coupon Validity
• Coupons are valid only during the outlet’s promotion period.
• Expired or unused coupons will not be reissued, refunded, or extended.
• Customers are responsible for retaining coupons in good condition.
General Terms
• Coupons are issued while stocks last.
• Coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Kimly reserves the right to verify coupon validity and refuse redemption in cases of misuse or fraud.
