KIMLY’s original business division, the first KIMLY coffeeshop was opened in Yishun in 1990. Pleasant, brightly-lit and comfortable, KIMLY coffeeshops provide a comfortable setting for customers to enjoy a wide range of good-quality, affordable food. KIMLY’s coffeeshops are known and trusted in the industry for their good foodstall occupancy, choice of stalls, and good management.

We operate and manage 84 coffee shops and food courts under various brands. Our proven track record as a food outlet operator has attracted quality and anchor tenants, most of whom operate their stalls in our food outlets. Our established relationship with them has contributed to the sustainability of our food outlets. As of June 2021, we have a 98% occupancy rate over a total of nearly 655 stalls within the food outlets under our care:

Our Central Kitchens, where food preparations are overseen by experienced Executive Chefs, supplies sauces, marinades, and semi-finished food products to our Food Retail outlets.

KIMLY’s coffeeshops are known and trusted in the industry for their full stall occupancy, choice of stalls, and good management.

Tenderfresh Business
Founded in 1979, The Tenderfresh Business is a homegrown food business built on the commitment to good quality food at a great value. Grown from a single popular local food concept specializing in fried or roasted spring chickens and chicken wings, today, the Tenderfresh Business manages 14 concepts and 41 outlets, ranging from western fares and traditional local cuisines to food kiosks, retail outlets, and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM). Tenderfresh Business operates a 25,000 square foot facility that is ISO, HACCP, and Halal certified.

Kedai Kopi
Established in December 2020, Kedai Kopi is Kimly’s first Muslim-Friendly Coffeeshop with Halal-Certified food stalls. Our first foray into a rapidly growing Halal food industry and to capitalize on opportunities in the Halal Market. Following the success of Kedai Kopi at Block 380 Clementi, the Group has successfully opened its second Kedai Kopi in July 2021, located at Block 12 Haig Road, right in the heart of Geylang Serai, the official Malay Village of Singapore.

Tonkichi
Tonkichi is Singapore’s first and foremost Tonkatsu specialty restaurant. Since it opened its doors in 1993, Tonkichi has been committed to showcasing Japanese food culture by serving reasonably-priced authentic Tonkatsu amidst a real Japanese dining experience.

Rive Gauche
French-inspired pâtisserie Rive Gauche delivers our customers an authentic, glamorous Parisian experience straight to the taste buds through the rich flavours of its cakes and traditional pastries, created with passion and crafted with art, all using the freshest and most carefully sourced ingredients.

Kanaaji Katsu
Kanaaji Katsu is our new business venture to provide quality and value for money Japanese cuisine. The food is freshly prepared at the stall using the traditional Japanese method to ensure authentic taste. Kanaaji Katsu aims to provide a quick yet fulfilling meal to customers.
