 金味点心隆重推出两道融合传统广东风味与新马风味的东南亚风味新菜——南洋咖喱肠粉。这道灵感来自龙师傅祖母的家传食谱,采用丝滑肠粉搭配浓郁咖喱,撒上白芝麻增添香气,带来怀旧温暖的口感。
我们提供两种独家搭配:南洋咖喱肠粉(香炸美食)和港式排骨搭配,满足不同口味需求。

这两道选择能令人眼前一新的创意,将点心与传统猪肠粉融为一体的新马美食的风味享用丰盛美味的鲜味大餐!
每一口都会唤起一种怀旧和温暖的感觉,特别唤起家乡的回忆!

Kimly Dim Sum is excited to introduce two new dishes that blend traditional Guangdong flavors with the bold, vibrant tastes of Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine. Our Nanyang Curry Chee Cheong Fun, inspired by Chef Long’s grandmother’s family recipe, combines silky rice rolls with a flavorful curry sauce, topped with sesame for added aroma.

Enjoy it in two exclusive options: The Nanyang Curry Chee Cheong Fun with indulgent Fried Delicacies or the hearty Hong Kong-style Pork Ribs Curry Chee Cheong Fun. Each bite is a comforting fusion of textures and nostalgia, bringing a fresh twist to our menu.Kimly Dim Sum is excited to introduce two new dishes inspired by bold Nanyang flavors. These additions bring a refreshing twist to our menu, featuring a fusion of traditional Guangdong flavours with familiar Singaporean Malaysian flavours that we grew up with.

 我们很高兴在我们原有的菜单中推出另一个全新颠覆感观的新菜品——南洋乌达烧卖,它融合了传统香港点心以及独特的马来风味。这道经典菜肴结合了是深受广大民众喜爱的烧卖与独特的马来西亚风味互相结合,以美味的乌达馅为特色。乌达是一道传统的马来西亚菜肴,由鱼,鸡肉碎, 香料, 蒜头, 辣椒和椰奶制成,味道浓郁芳香,鲜美,略带辛辣。特殊的竹炭烧卖皮(利用具有活性炭的排毒功能)包裹在这种美味的乌达馅中,提供嫩滑多汁的口感,充满层次的味道。可能是新加坡、新山和巴淡岛的第一个黑乌达烧麦!

We’re excited to introduce another visually playful and bold addition to our menu – the Nanyang Otak Siew Mai 南洋乌达烧卖, a delicious fusion of traditional Hong Kong dim sum married with rich, aromatic flavors of Malaysian cuisine. A combination of the classic, beloved siew mai with a distinct Malaysian twist, featuring a flavorful otak filling.  The special black charcoal siew mai skin (packed with detoxification properties from the activated charcoal) is carefully wrapped around this flavorful otak mixture, offering a tender, succulent bite bursting with layers of complexity and heat.

Probably the 1st Black Otak Siew Mai in Singapore, JB and some say Batam!
