我们很高兴在我们原有的菜单中推出另一个全新颠覆感观的新菜品——南洋乌达烧卖,它融合了传统香港点心以及独特的马来风味。这道经典菜肴结合了是深受广大民众喜爱的烧卖与独特的马来西亚风味互相结合,以美味的乌达馅为特色。乌达是一道传统的马来西亚菜肴,由鱼,鸡肉碎, 香料, 蒜头, 辣椒和椰奶制成,味道浓郁芳香,鲜美,略带辛辣。特殊的竹炭烧卖皮(利用具有活性炭的排毒功能)包裹在这种美味的乌达馅中,提供嫩滑多汁的口感,充满层次的味道。可能是新加坡、新山和巴淡岛的第一个黑乌达烧麦!
We’re excited to introduce another visually playful and bold addition to our menu – the Nanyang Otak Siew Mai 南洋乌达烧卖, a delicious fusion of traditional Hong Kong dim sum married with rich, aromatic flavors of Malaysian cuisine. A combination of the classic, beloved siew mai with a distinct Malaysian twist, featuring a flavorful otak filling. The special black charcoal siew mai skin (packed with detoxification properties from the activated charcoal) is carefully wrapped around this flavorful otak mixture, offering a tender, succulent bite bursting with layers of complexity and heat.
