Transfer, Storage and Process of Personal Data
The transfer, storage, and processing of data collected through the website and/ or other activities is secured by means of current, usual technical measures.
KIMLY may transfer your personal data to any of our entities and/or to third parties to fulfil any of the services requested by you, which parties will process your Personal Data according to instruction of KIMLY and under the responsibility of KIMLY.

You may withdraw your consent for KIMLY to use any or all of the Personal Data that has been collected from you (if any) by writing to us at pdpa.dpo.sg@kimlygroup.sg with the subject “PERSONAL DATA” and we shall, as soon as possible, delete such Personal Data as advised by you.
We may be permitted under applicable laws to refuse your request to exercise your request, for example, we may refuse;
A request for erasure where the personal data is required fir in connection with claim; or
An objection request and continue processing your personal data based on compelling legitimate ground for the processing

The website may include links to third party websites. The terms of this Privacy Policy shall not be applicable to such websites, and KIMLY is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. GOVERNING LAW
This Personal Data Protection Policy and your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
